Enjoy an entertaining and relaxing ride on the river with HistoryMiami Museum’s Resident Historian, Dr. Paul George, as he recounts the history of Miami. Learn the story of the Miami River from the late 19th century, and hear tales of the area’s earliest known inhabitants, the Tequesta, all while cruising through Miami’s Downtown. See hidden neighborhoods and little-known sites.

Ticket includes admission to HistoryMiami Museum.

Additional Information

The Museum will be chartering a vessel from Island Queen Cruises, which will be docked at Miamarina at Bayside Marketplace.

Light snacks and drinks available for purchase from Island Queen Cruises.

About Resident Historian, Dr. Paul S. George

For over three decades, HistoryMiami Museum’s Resident Historian Dr. Paul George has toured his way to local, national, and international acclaim with his continuing series of historic tours. As a South Florida native, author, and former college professor, Dr. George has gained fame for his uncanny ability to recall the most impressive details about the people and places that make South Florida so unique.

No audio or video recording, please. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges. Onsite registration will incur a $10 per person surcharge. Onsite registration not available if tour is sold out. Rates subject to change.
