Join HistoryMiami Museum and explore one of Miami’s trendiest and most dynamic neighborhoods – the Wynwood Art District. Reflect upon the push and pull factors that caused this textile warehouse and immigrant neighborhood, formerly known as “Little San Juan,” to become one of the world’s largest outdoor art galleries. Stroll past vast murals and various street art displays, as you learn about the history of the area.
Ticket includes complimentary family pass to HistoryMiami Museum.

Thom Wheeler Castillo lives and works in Miami, FL; Graduated from PNCA, Intermedia. Wheeler Castillo is interested in the landscape and ecosystems, past (art history) and present (Environmental Studies); he works from an interdisciplinary approach in his relentless pursuit of poetry, art history, earth science and anthropology.
