Saturday & Sunday, February 4-5 Map Fair opens to the public

The fair features free a Expert Opinion on one of your maps, interactive digital map demonstrations and several presentations by renowned experts on many subjects of great interest to cartophiles.

Friday, February 3: (Full-Access Registrants and Dealers Only)
- 10 am-Free City Tour of the Lynn and Louis Wolfson II Florida Moving Image Archives
- 3 pm-Private VIP Preview and Welcome Reception (Complimentary)
- 6 pm-Cocktail Reception, 7 pm-Tropical Cuban Buffet Dinner at HistoryMiami Museum*
(*Optional Cocktail Reception and Tropical Cuban Buffet Dinner for Full-Access Registrants/Dealers Only-Additional fee of $95 per person)
Saturday, February 4: 10 am – 5 pm
- Map Fair: Dealer Marketplace, Free Expert Opinion
- Presentation: The History of Celestial Cartography – Dr. Nick Kanas – 11 am
- Tour of the HistoryMiami Museum Archives and Research Center collection – 1:30 pm and 4:15 pm
- Presentation: 20th Century Pictorial Maps Panel Discussion – Panelists – 3 pm

*Regular Museum Admission is not available during Map Fair Weekend (February 4-5, 2017). All museum visitors and museum members must pay Map Fair admission prices on Saturday and Sunday. The Friday 3 pm VIP Private Preview is not open to museum guests. Guest Passes are not valid during Map Fair Weekend.
Parking and Transportation to the Miami International Map Fair
Covered parking is available at the Cultural Center Garage located at 50 NW 2 Avenue. Exit the South garage elevator at level two to reach HistoryMiami Museum and the Map Fair. All day parking with museum validation is $5 per day.
HistoryMiami Museum, located at 101 West Flagler Street Miami FL 33130, in Downtown Miami, is a 15-minute drive from the Miami International Airport. To reach the Map Fair via the Metrorail, take the southbound train and exit at the Government Center Station. The Metromover also stops at Government Center. HistoryMiami is directly across NW 1 Street from the Government Center station.
