Join us as we explore cultural traditions that are “so Miami.” Meet the artisans and experts whose crafts, skills, and services make Miami, Miami during these intimate, one-of-a-kind experiences.

Go behind-the-scenes at one of Miami’s most famous spots for Jamaican cuisine. Owned by Cheryl and Anson Chin, a Chinese-Jamaican husband-and-wife team, Jamaica Kitchen is a small restaurant with a big reputation, having been featured on The Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives with Guy Fieri. Before opening to the public, the owners will guide participants in a tasting experience highlighting some of their most popular dishes such as curry goat, jerk chicken, and an assortment of Jamaican patties.

Meal included in ticket price. Recommended for ages 10+. Space is limited.
