The Children’s Trust Family Expo returns this year with four Pop-Up Style events at different corners of the county from late August through September. That means all the resources, entertainment, food and fun you’ve come to expect from the Expo will be coming to your area. The Family Expo events will occur on Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Visit www.thechildrenstrust.org/FamilyExpo for more information. Trust-funded providers and other exhibitors specializing in children’s learning, parenting, education, health, as well as physical, mental and social-emotional wellness will have booths. Character appearances, animal shows, music, magicians, balloon artists, arts and crafts, stilt walkers, photo booths, games and more will be at each event. Get there early to make sure you are in time for the backpack giveaways and more goodies.

10:00am to 3:00pm –Make and Take Craft Stations 10:00am to 3:00pm – Community Mural with local artists Juan Travieso and Katerina Santos 10:30am and 3:00pm – Story time with a museum educator 11:00am and 2:00pm – Downtown Walking Tour with Resident Historian Dr. Paul George 11:00am to 3:00pm – Miami Stories Recording Booth 1pm – Brazilian Samba Music and Dance performance by Artist-in-Residence Rose Max & Ramatis   FOR YOUR SAFETY: Masks are REQUIRED for all exhibitors, staff and volunteers throughout the event. Masks are required indoors for all attendees ages 2 years old and up. Masks are recommended outdoors for all attendees ages 2 years old and up. Maintain a six-foot distance when possible. Frequently use hand sanitizers (available throughout the event.) PPE is available throughout the event.   Sponsored by
