The Sunshine State Grade Level: 3rd-6th · 1-hour program · Group Size: 30 · Sample Standards: SS.3.G, SS.4.G, SS.4.A

The great State of Florida is home to unique natural environments, diverse groups of people and an exciting history. Explore them all through our interactive Florida floor map. Students will examine objects and images while practicing their map reading skills and discovering the stories that make Florida special. Cost: $175 for one hour

Explore Latin America Grade Level: 3rd-6th · 1-hour program · Group Size: 30 · Sample Standards: SS.5.G, SS.6.G

Latin America is diverse in both its people and places. Explore the rich cultural heritage of the Americas through our interactive Latin America floor map. Students will examine objects and images while practicing their map reading skills. Cost: $175 for one hour

Travel Across Our World Grade Level: 3rd-6th · 1-hour program · Group Size: 30 · Sample Standards: SS.3.G, SS.8.G, SS.912.W

Our interactive floor map of the World gives students and teachers a hands-on historical and cultural experience by highlighting world history through geography. Journey across the early trade routes and look back in time at the world’s cultures. You may find that we have more in common with them than you think. Students will examine objects and images while practicing their map reading skills. Cost: $175 for one hour

NEW Primary Sources Workshop Grade Level: 6th-12th · 1-hour program · Group Size: 30 · Sample Standards: SS.6.C, SS.8.A, SS.912.A

The Primary Sources workshop offers students the opportunity to interact with primary works to develop their critical and historical thinking skills. Through different themes and cases studies, students will analyze objects, images and other documents to explore the people, places and events that help tell our Miami stories. Themes available now:

Miami Expressions Grade Level: PreK4 – 12th · 1-hour program · Group Size: 30 · Sample Standards: SS.3.G, SS.912.H, VA.4.H, MU.7.H, DA.K.H

Our Miami Expressions program introduces students to Miami’s multicultural heritage through interactive presentations of local folk traditions, led by some of South Florida’s traditional artists. Bring one of our Artist-in-Residence to visit your classroom: Reza Filsoofi, Liliane Nerette Louis, or Ameyal. To learn about past Artist-in-Residence, click here. Cost: $50 per group plus artist fee.
