Explore our city’s past, present and future with a walk along the historic Miami River. From the Tequesta people who met Ponce de Leon to the Founding Mothers of Miami, Julia Tuttle and Mary Brickell, and the Seminole Indians who traveled its length, this working river showcases our past. This guided tour flows upriver to highlight our prehistoric roots and the later settlers who changed the river’s course and purpose. Cost $350 per group of 30*
