Tropical Dreams: A People’s History of South Florida
Saturdays at 11:00 a.m.
Take a guided tour of the Museum’s core exhibition, “Tropical Dreams: A People’s History of South Florida.” Your visit will cover the birth of Miami, pre-Columbian civilizations, and South Florida pioneer life. Tours differ each day based on the Museum educator’s background knowledge and areas of interest. Tour is approximately 40 minutes long.

We invite you to join a highlights tour of our newest exhibition It’s a Miami Thing: Highlights from Our Collection. Hear stories about the objects that document the uniqueness of our city. Tour is approximately 40 minutes long.
*** Weekend gallery tours are available for individuals and small groups of nine or less and are approximately 40 minutes long. These programs are not available on the second Saturday of each month when HistoryMiami hosts its Free Family Fun Days and are subject to change without notice.
