Celebrate Peru’s arts and culture! Enjoy craft activities inspired by Peruvian traditions and a storytime reading of the legend of the Chilalo, a beloved character in Peruvian folklore. Experience an ancient Peruvian ceramic art form during live demonstrations (at 1 PM and 3 PM) by artist-in-residence Polo Ramirez. Immerse yourself in the music, cuisine, and customs of Peru.
Special presentations will also include an Afro-Peruvian dance workshop at 11:30 AM with Peru Expresión Miami, and a music and dance performance at 2 PM by Marinera en el Mundo Florida featuring Academia de Marinera Somos USA!
